OUR PROCESS
The first step is for every potential resident age 18 and older to submit a free pre-qualification form. This initial screening step saves you time and money in application fees and falling in love with an apartment that may not be the best fit.
Once pre-approved, all potential renters age 18 and older attend a showing to view inside the unit. You'll get to know our leasing rep, ask any questions you may have, and determine whether you like it and it's a fit for you.
If you and your roommate(s) like the place and our team believes everything looks good and is a fit, you'll be invited to apply. Again, everyone 18 and older (including a guarantor, if applicable) will need to submit an application and pay a $35 application fee per person.
If your application is accepted, we'll guide you through the process to be move-in ready.
